Taking inspiration from double-hulled Polynesian canoes, the studio catamaran was initially designed to be 164\u2019 long, but this was reduced to 85\u2019 (27\u00a0m).<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_10415\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10415\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10415\" src=\"https:\/\/dev2024.vplp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Studio-at-sea-cata-atelier-VPLP-768x576-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev2024.vplp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Studio-at-sea-cata-atelier-VPLP-768x576-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dev2024.vplp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Studio-at-sea-cata-atelier-VPLP-768x576-1.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-10415\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u00a9 VPLP Design<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the design, <\/span><b>VPLP drew on the concept for <\/b><b><i>Manifesto<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which features very broad spaces that can be used for indoor and outdoor studios and accommodation, and <\/span><b>Oceanwings <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">propulsion.
